What if I don't know what kind of engagement ring I want?
That’s fine. Most of our clients don’t know exactly what they want, or they have an idea of what they want but it changes once we start working together. You just need to bring your ideas and inspiration images.
Is it normal to be involved in designing my engagement ring?
Absolutely. There is no right way to get engaged. We’ve designed rings for surprise proposals, worked with couples who want to design the ring together, and worked with women who want to create their dream ring.
Can I still get a surprise proposal?
Yes! You can design your own ring but let you partner handle the rest including cost and payment, scheduling delivery, knowing when it will be ready, and even final design and stone selection.
How long does it take to make a custom ring?
From start to finish it typically takes 8-10 weeks from the date of our initial consultation.
Can I redesign or remodel my engagement ring or wedding ring?
Yes! There is no rule that says you need to wear the same ring forever. As we grow and change, so does our personal style. You should love your engagement ring and remodeling rings is one of the most common projects we do.
