Designers’ Notes:
Carrie’s repurposed engagement ring was made from two heirloom rings that her fiancé brought in to our studio. Unsure of the origins of a sentimental red gemstone ring, we tested the stone to discover that it was a lab-grown ruby. To honor the original jewelry, we took stones from both rings and created a modern, new ruby and diamond ring for him to propose with. An avid hiker, Carrie wanted something that was sturdy but also showed off the ruby as the star of the show.
Note: This yellow sapphire geometric engagement ring is designed for and named after an Abby Sparks Jewelry client. The Tracy custom engagement ring is not available for purchase and is completely one-of-a-kind.
