Designers’ Notes:
This custom engagement ring is one-of-a-kind and was designed for a botanist. Margo and her fiance decided to design a custom ring after they were tired of searching on the internet, and not exactly sure what they wanted, but knew it had to be a non-diamond ring that was nature-inspired but not too literal. Using the couples’ birthstones as inspiration, we decided on the unique purple/green colored alexandrite for the center stone, framed by marquis diamonds in a fanned floral pattern. Milgrain details surround the oval cut center stone and add vintage charm. Polished platinum keeps the design fresh and modern, and the overall hue cool.
