Designers’ Notes:
The Katherine heirloom diamond cluster pendant and necklace was created for my client who had a gorgeous, multigenerational old European cut diamond that was sitting in a box collecting dust! Her grandmother started a business in Ohio, for which my client was now the president and Chief operator. She wanted to create a pendant with her grandmother’s diamond she could wear everyday in meetings, and wear to formal occasions as well. She loved our cluster ring styles and in her words, “was not afraid of color.” We up-cycled her grandmother’s diamond into a white gold pendant surrounded by sapphires, emeralds, and fancy shaped diamonds including her favorite asscher cut. The chain is a classic solid gold cable chain with three asymmetrical diamond “satellites” in fancy shapes.
