Designers’ Notes:
The Tori east-west marquise bezel set engagement ring was designed using a diamond from our client’s mother’s ring. She liked vintage styles, but at the same time wanted her ring to feel modern and unique to her. We set her mother’s heirloom diamond in a modern, east-west orientation in a durable bezel setting. Milgrain detailing on the bezel setting references antique vintage styling. In the profile of the ring, smaller diamond melee is set in marquise-shaped antique-inspired filagree. The 14k yellow gold band tapers, getting wider as it nears the center stone, and thinner as it wraps around the finger.
